Some parts of the service require an account. You agree to give us accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. Keep your login credentials safe and private — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account, so let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

The Family plan covers one household: the people who live at your address. It is not meant to be shared across an extended group of friends, relatives, or coworkers.

Memberships are offered as Individual ($19/month), Family ($29/month), and Professional ($49/month), billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the option you choose. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again after that. If we change our prices, we will give you advance notice before the new price applies to your plan.

When you buy a membership or course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your own learning (or your household’s, on a Family plan). You may not share your account, resell access, or copy, publish, or redistribute course videos, workbooks, emails, or any other materials — in whole or in part.

Use the service the way it is intended. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems; do not scrape or bulk-download content; do not use the service to harass or demean others (that would be poor manners); and do not use our materials to build a competing product or misrepresent who you are.

Corporate team programs are sold separately and governed by their own written agreements. If anything in a corporate agreement conflicts with these terms, the corporate agreement controls for that program.

Modern Manners, The Modern Manners Method™, our logos, and all course content — videos, scripts, workbooks, emails, and site copy — belong to Poised Life Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or fails to pay. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Modern Manners provides educational content. We work hard to make it genuinely useful, but we cannot guarantee any particular professional, social, or financial outcome — results depend on you and your circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above; for significant changes we will also email members. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
